We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. This includes:
- For Creators: Name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp business number, business information, and billing details necessary for account setup and payouts.
- For Members and End Users: Phone number, email address, payment status, subscription tier, and metadata related to the groups you join via MintLoop.
3. Payments and Razorpay Integration
Important: MintLoop does not store or process your sensitive payment instrument details (such as Credit or Debit Card numbers, UPI IDs, Netbanking passwords, or CVVs).
All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, our third party payment gateway partner. When you make a transaction, your payment data is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their own specific security standards (PCI DSS) and privacy policies. We strongly encourage you to review Razorpay's Privacy Policy and Terms regarding how they handle your financial data.
4. Purpose of Processing
We process your data for the following lawful purposes:
- To provide the core MintLoop service (managing subscriptions, automating approvals).
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To analyze usage patterns to improve our platform (analytics).
- To comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
5. WhatsApp and Meta Data
MintLoop operates as a technical facilitator for WhatsApp groups.
- No Message Storage: We do not read, store, or access the content of your private WhatsApp conversations or messages.
- Metadata Only: We may store limited metadata required for automation, such as your phone number, the Group ID you are joining, and your subscription status (Active or Expired).
- Compliance: You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. MintLoop is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following commercial contexts:
- With Razorpay: To facilitate payments and settlements.
- With Service Providers: Trusted third party vendors who help us operate (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: If required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.
7. Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here or as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting records).
