Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintLoop ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

MintLoop is a software platform that provides infrastructure for WhatsApp community managers ("Creators") to manage subscriptions, payments, and member access.

We are a facilitator only. MintLoop is not a financial, investment, legal, or medical advisory service. We do not create, control, or endorse the content provided by Creators in their groups.

3. Creator Responsibilities

If you use MintLoop as a Creator, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content, advice, and promises you make to your members.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including sector specific regulations (e.g., SEBI regulations for trading tips, medical guidelines for health advice).
  • You represent that you have the legal right to charge for access to your content.
  • You will not use MintLoop for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

4. Payments, Fees and Settlements

  • Processing: All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. You agree to be bound by Razorpay's Terms of Service.
  • Fees: MintLoop charges a transaction fee or subscription fee for the use of its Platform, as displayed on our Pricing page. These fees are deducted automatically from your earnings or billed separately.
  • Settlements: Payouts to Creators are subject to Razorpay's settlement schedules and deduction of applicable fees and taxes.

5. Refunds and Disputes

MintLoop serves as the technical platform. Generally, refunds are at the discretion of the Creator, except in cases of technical error (e.g., double billing). You agree that MintLoop is not liable for disputes regarding the quality or delivery of the Creator's content. Creators must have a clear refund policy for their members.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may strictly NOT use MintLoop for:

  • Illegal gambling, betting, or lottery schemes.
  • Ponzi schemes, multi level marketing (MLM), or "get rich quick" scams.
  • Hate speech, violence, or content that promotes discrimination.
  • Adult, obscene, or pornographic content.
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk messages in violation of WhatsApp policies.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Platform Compliance (WhatsApp and Razorpay)

  • WhatsApp: You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Commerce Policy. MintLoop is not liable if your WhatsApp account is banned or restricted due to your activity.
  • Razorpay: You agree to comply with Razorpay's Acceptable Use Policy. You must obtain necessary consents from your customers to share data with Razorpay for processing.

8. Intellectual Property

MintLoop owns all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, brand, and software. Creators retain ownership of their own content but grant MintLoop a limited, non exclusive license to process and transmit such content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MintLoop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. We do not guarantee specific earnings, subscriber numbers, or 100% uptime. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you to MintLoop in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MintLoop at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for non payment of fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.
