Can I use my existing WhatsApp group?
Yes. Link a WhatsApp account with administrator access to your group, set your membership price, and share your checkout link.
How do payments work?
Connect your Razorpay account. Members use your MintLoop checkout link to pay via UPI or other methods enabled on that account. MintLoop verifies the payment and records their membership.
Do members get automatic access?
After verified payment, members receive the next steps to join your community. Group access depends on your WhatsApp connection and administrator permissions.
Will members be charged automatically?
No. MintLoop tracks membership status and renewal dates so you can manage continued access. Renewal tracking does not automatically debit a member’s bank account.
How much does MintLoop cost?
Starter is ₹0 a month with a 10% platform fee. Growth is ₹299 a month with a 1% platform fee, and Pro is ₹999 a month with no platform fee. Razorpay processing charges and applicable taxes are separate.
